Description

The flat is called "The BZone". The B Zone is located in a former factory building just 7 minutes walking from the metro station, 4 stops (5 minutes) from Duomo. The flat is very confortable, with a nice and very comfortable bedroom with King Size comfy bed, a nice blue bathroom with spacious shower, a blue brand new and fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a Led TV and hi fi zone, computer, Free WI FI super fast Internet and a well equipped corner with all the necessary facilities to make your staying in Milan unforgettable. A private covered little balcony, warm and sunny, where you can have your breakfast almost 365 days a year (try to believe, a unicum in Milan ;))) is a plus.

A Big double Bed will give you release after a day spent shopping or visiting the city. You can also have 2 additional single Beds in the large living room (optional 15 euros per bed per day). Those beds are very comfortable too and have a special certification for hotels and b&bs.

A comfortable sofa-chair will help you relax, watching TV, reading one of the Books (possibly sharing, if you want, your "message in a Bottle" through our Book crossing experience), magazines or travel guides you can find in the BZone, or listening to your favourite music thanks to the hi fi Dab stereo, maybe souring an espresso coffee.

If you are in Milan for work, maybe you will also appreciate our Business zone. There is a personal computer at your disposal where you will have a Free access to our Super Fast Internet WI FI.

A brand new Blue kitchen is there for all your needs. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, hoven, gas stove, microwave hoven, etc.

In the Breakfast Zone you can find everything you need for a sweet breakfast (cakes, sweets, honey etc.) a cup of Tea and a very Italian espresso coffee machine.

It will be nice to have breakfast on your little private Balcony. It's covered, bright, always warm and sunny. You will be able to enjoy your meals open air any day, any season, 365 days a year. Try to Believe... ;)

A beautiful Bathroom with a large shower is also at your disposal.

The flat in general is confortable and nice, air conditioned and well equipped with all the necessary facilities to make your staying in Milan unforgettable.

The BZone is located in a quiet private road, in a former industrial area inside the city that is becoming a trendy place with theaters, art galleries and creative labs. It is well connected with transportations. The main bus lines (circle lines going all around the city) are just 5 minutes walking distance; 7 minutes to get to Lodi Metro station (only 4 stops=5 minutes to Duomo)

It is very easy to reach any airport. Linate airport is only 8 minutes far by taxi.

If you have a car, you can easily park outside (it's a private road) or inside in a private parking place (discounted price for our guests = 5 euros per day) just under the covered balcony of your flat.

The BZone aim is to give you a unique experience. You will have the chance to share, if you like to, your thoughts, our books and music and anything you will like to with us and our next guests. B like... Benvenuti (welcome)!

Getting around

Milan's most important bus lines 90 e 91 (5 minutes walking distance). Tram 16, the best way to cross the city in a sightseeing tour, passing through Cenacolo Vinciano, Duomo, Castello etc. up to San Siro Stadium (5 minutes). Underground: Metro Lodi (7 minutes), only 4 stops/5 minutes to Duomo. Linate Airport (10 minutes auto/taxi). Rogoredo Station (7 minutes auto/taxi) Central station (15 minuti metro/taxi) P.ta Vittoria Station (direct train to Rho-Fiera, faster than metro)

Interaction with guest

We (my wife Claudia and me) live in the same building, just few steps far from The BZone. That means we are always available for any kind of assistance, some salt or sugar, and any kind of information and suggestion about "what to do and where to go" in Milan. 24 hours a day. We speak English and a little Spanish and French. We love travelling and meeting people so that we are pleased to share what we know about Milan and Italy with our guests. And a cup of tea, too! ;) Very important: check in time is 1 pm. In case you need to check in after that (not later than 9 pm) you can send a message so that we can possibly agree a different time and welcome you, as we always like to do, personally. :)

“Come sentirsi a casa”

Un appartamento curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, spazioso, luminoso, bello e molto comodo (sia in metro che in bus). L’accoglienza che ci ha riservato Alessandro è stata più che eccellente, perché ci ha affidato completamente la sua casa e offerto molto più di quello che un normale b&b offre. È emersa chiaramente tutta la loro passione verso questa attività e i loro ospiti. Ci ritornerò prossimamente!
