Response from the owner Salve, Rimango basito nel leggere questa recensione, prima di tutto vorrei farle presente che la colazione da prodotti industriali lo si deve fare per legge... poiché trattandosi di B&B non si hanno dei requisiti"REC" PER LA SOMMINISTRAZIONI DI PRODOTTI E BEVANDE...ergo TUTTO DEVE OBBLIGATORIAMENTE ESSERE CONFEZIONATO. Andiamo alle camere... Le luci sono delle lampade a LED Ultima generazione a luce "Fredda" che potranno Non essere di suo gusto...ma questo non vuol le permette di...cito testualmente: luce a neon...dato che forse non sa la differenza. L'odore nauseabondo che sempre lei citava si tratta di un normalissimo deodorante da camera che sempre per il suo gusto...trova pessimo...molti altri lo trovano gradevole. Colazione con prodotti da Discount...che sarebbero...Mulino Bianco...Valfrutta ecc... Acqua calda...strano che tutte e ripeto tutte le camere non abbiamo ravvisato il suo stesso problema...tranne una coppia di nostri amici ci ha avvertito che l'acqua calda alle ore 20 era tiepida...problema Riscontratto dal blocco calda, che può accadere, e nell'immediatezza risolto. Ultimo punto...I bagagli...il B&B non prevede il servizio di "facchinaggio" o più comunemente noto come "Concierge" da qui non capisco la pretesa del portare il bagaglio, cosa che comunque abitualmente facciamo...sarà il caso che alla fine ci é stato chiesto uno sconto...accordatovi e sarei molto contento nel farvi vedere le tariffe di altri B&B hanno nello stesso periodo del Vs soggiorno....unica cosa bella del vostro post...unico da noi ricevuto, ma sarà anche questo un caso, il fatto che da noi non ci tornerete...fortunatamente anche noi non siamo soddisfatti del vostro soggiornare come ospiti, ma ci riteniamo così educati da sovrassedere. In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Consuelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
