Description

Cottage is brand new, built summer of 2016, air and heat, hardwood floors, full kitchen, flat screen smart TV. Orthopedic, firm queen bed, all new linens. Comfortable sitting area for two. Front porch with chairs overlookig many bird houses and gardens. Quite safe residential neighborhood, walkable to all our town has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was well equipped and the host was very prompt in answering questions and replenishing supplies. We would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to everything in Black Mountain in a quiet private location. Brenda was available if needed. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.

How do damage deposits work?

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
