This beautiful, contemporary home with large private pool perfect for lounging or relaxing after a long day at the beach is the perfect combination of privacy and luxury.
Conveniently located in a quiet residential area and just 10 minutes
Walking distance from the pristine Tamarindo beach and the heart of the town, where you find all the great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach & surfing.
This modern home has 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a full, ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience.
Two or the bedrooms are considered “master bedrooms”; one is located on the second floor with a private balcony for sunbathing,
and the other is on the first floor with its own terrace. The third bedroom has two twin beds and overlooks the pool and garden.
Each bedroom is equipped with a daybed to accommodate children or larger groups.
The house also offers an inflatable air mattress and for guests with infants, a Graco Pack and Play is available.
The home’s spacious, open floor plan includes a fully equipped high-end kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large island perfect for entertaining.
Small appliances include toaster, blender, microwave and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, and quality linens are provided.
In addition to a gorgeous private pool surrounded by a tropical garden, the backyard’s covered terrace is the perfect place to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining.
It also has an outdoors shower.
There is also a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer on the main level and weekly housekeeping is included.
This home has A/C throughout, and includes high speed interne, cable, TV, and phones in every room. The home is called –in for privacy, but includes an alarm system for added peace of mind.
Garage parking for one car is also available should guests desire to rent a car for day trips or store bikes.
