**A very romantic, laid back 2 bedroom Stone Villa designed to maximize the spectacular views, while pampering your every personal whim! The massive living/dining room with high ceilings is complimented by huge mullioned windows that overlook the ever-changing Pacific Ocean. Featuring a very spacious covered terrace with gorgeous Pacific Ocean views! A great spot for spectacular sunset viewing, whale watching, dining al fresco or just relaxing! Easy access to our 2 beautiful tropical swimming pools.
The very spacious master bedroom with King-sized bed affords a delightful and romantic Romeo and Juliet balcony with stunning Flamingo marina views. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom
The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet’s delight. Loads of counter space and storage! The living/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers huge open spaces plus walkouts to the enormous covered terrace which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Truly romantic and breathtaking!
The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level of this Villa and is accessed via a winding stone staircase leading off the covered terrace – thereby assuring privacy, yet convenience. The second bedroom has either a King-sized bed or 2 long single beds, offers a bar fridge and coffeemaker and has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a small terrace adjacent to the entry The perfect place for quiet contemplation of the surrounding tropical gardens and nature.
**Prices are based on occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom. Additional beds can be arranged for with Management. Each additional bed costs $20 per each night.
Personal laundry service is also available for a small charge.
Accommodations feature high ceilings clad in rich tropical woods, complemented with regional art & ceramics throughout. Walls of glass and wrap-around terraces allow breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean, hills, and valleys, uniting you with Nature at your doorstep. Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of our private preserve.
Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, shrimps, etc.and share with friends and family!).
Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkelling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.
WiFi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should not be a problem.
If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the palms by our oasis-like two 42 foot pools, and enjoy our beautiful tropical gardens. Do it all - or nothing at all!

Just recently we experienced several pods of whales cavorting in the bay just offshore! A great experience and one we always look forward to at this time of the year. Of course, the howler monkeys, mot-mots, parrots, pesotes, racoons, iguanas and other tropical birds and beasts are always here keeping us entertained, too! There are a couple of beachfront restaurants that you will have to sample the next time you are here, too: the Coconut Beach Club, Lola's Sur and Bahia Potrero for starters...Obviously, ten days is not enough time to take it all in, so there are always new and different things to see and experience here! We are delighted that you both had such a good visit here and hope to see you both again one day We really enjoyed your camaraderie, as did our other guests here,,,.Of course, you are right that one usually does not need a telephone while on vacation - but as you experienced - it was never a problem, as we made our telephone available to you with regularity. Also, just to correct a possible misconception: We have telephone lines in almost all of our accommodations. However, we need to have a security deposit in order to activate your own private line... (You did not request this.) As you discovered, having a car is definitely a great convenience, as there is so much to see and do in the area. However, we have had a number of guests who have opted to use the local bus services, too, which are quite reliable. (One really needs to be at least somewhat fluent in Spanish to make the most of them, though.) We hope to see you both back here again one day and trust that your happy memories will sustain you through the last of the winter days ! PURA VIDA! Tom and Igor
