If you are looking for the perfect Costa Rican vacation, Casa Estrella del Mar luxury home has everything you need and more for your tropical beach vacation. This beautiful home sleeps 10-12 people, located in the neighborhood of Palm Beach Estates of Playa Grande, is just a short walking distance to one of the most popular surf breaks called Playa Grande (Grande Beach). Casa Estrella del Mar features 4 master bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and has an additional 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds, sleeping 10 total in the main house. Additionally, there is an adjacent studio apartment with king bed, with its own comfortable lounge area and also a full kitchen. The house and apartment sleep 12 guests total and are only rented together, never separately. Casa Estrella del Mar’s private pool and two large covered lounging areas have beautiful patio furniture, outdoor dining table and large gas grill to enjoy the outdoors on your tropical beach vacation.

THE GREAT ROOM

This beautifully decorated home has a grand open floor plan with 24 foot ceilings and abundant natural light. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, cherry cabinetry and beautiful bright quartz countertops. Dining table seating for 10 and comfortable island seating for 4 more.

The living room sofas can accommodate your whole group positioned around a 50” TV with full cable package for watching sports events. The internet speed is 100mb download and is fast for remote working, tele-conferencing, and media streaming. All of this surrounded by gorgeous framed art, beautiful rugs and custom made window treatments with beautiful tropical colors.

TWO UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITES

The 2 spacious master suites feature king-size pillow top beds, all with dual reading lamps at each bedside. French doors open onto your private balcony/patio overlooking the pool and grounds. The spa-like bathrooms feature rain-head showers, full-sized soaking tubs, and dual vanities. Each room has a 32” TV as well with cable.

TWO FIRST FLOOR GUEST SUITES

The guest suites feature king-size pillow top beds, all with dual reading lamps at each bedside. Each of these suites offers French doors with private balcony/patio and an en suite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in rain shower.

KID'S ROOM/ADDITIONAL GUESTS

The "kid's" room or additional guest room features two twin-sized beds.

LANAI/POOL/BBQ

Our pool and lounge areas are the most popular areas of the house for our guests, featuring not one, but two covered patios and palapas for socializing and relaxing. The main patio off of the house has a sectional outdoor sofa and dining area positioned next to a 36" built-in Gas BBQ. Additionally there is newly built and furnished palapa with two day beds and seating for 8 off the other side of the pool and garden. Both patios have large ceiling fans, lighting and electrical outlets to plug in speakers for music to enjoy while you swim, dine, and relax.
