Nel cuore di Giardini Naxos, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, sorge Casa Martina. Delizioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, composto da soggiorno con zona pranzo, e cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello, bagno, balcone e deliziosa verandina dove è possibile rilassarsi sorseggiando un aperitivo.L'appartamento gode inoltre di un doppio ingresso, tramite una rampa di scale da Via Umberto I°, sul quale la casa si affaccia al primo piano e da Via RImembranze invece si ha un comodo accesso al piano terra. La proprietà dispone inoltre di un garage privato coperto ad uso degli ospiti. Ottima posizione per chi vuole conoscere l'hinterland Taorminese. Zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
