The house is powered by renewable energy sources and its location allows sweeping views of the Tyrrhenian coast, ranging from Palermo to Capo d'Orlando with the Aeolian Islands as a backdrop. Its elevated location relative to sea level you can enjoy a pleasant constant ventilation. Completely renovated and furnished, with sea view and a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian coast. Consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with comfortable sofa bed (Eminflex). Large panoramic terrace and private entrance courtyard. Private parking is free. The beach is free and accessible on foot or by car within minutes. Great for relaxing and visiting the tourist city. The house is located in a strategic position to really enjoy the sea and at the same time to visit the many Sicilian resorts. A few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Cefalu and Castel di Tusa where you can visit the museum of modern art hotel 'WORKSHOP ON THE SEA' and the works in the open air of the 'Fiumara d'Arte', scattered across the beautiful mountain landscape Nebrodi. The archaeological site with ancient ruins of HALAESA (403 BC), the archaeological excavations Cozzo Sorbo. In the district a few other houses. Really quiet. Not far away are the towns of Santo Stefano di Camastra, famous throughout the world for the beautiful ceramics, Castel di Tusa Cefalu and Castelbuono and where there are good restaurants, supermarkets, banks and all necessary facilities.

How do damage deposits work?
