In the splendid setting of the historic center of Ragusa, close to the pedestrian area and just a short walk from some of the inserted ragusani monuments 18 in the list of UNESCO World Heritage is located this charming apartment of 95 square meters.
Submitted in one of the characteristic alleys of the eighteenth century, Ragusa la casa combines the virtues of a quiet urban context to vivid qualities related to the presence of museums, monuments, shops and services. The House fits so perfectly to the needs of those in search of relaxation, and those seeking a livelier holiday.
The apartment recently renovated and restored covers 95 square meters where the distribution areas are dominated by the light, by the tranquility and comfort.
The House is equipped with a single room and a large double room in which you can prepare a third bed.
The kitchen, which overlooks a small and graceful ancient courtyard, lies in a rather large lunch. The bathroom provided with convenient shower is preceded by an airy and useful space used as a laundry.
All of the rooms walls were treated with an interesting creative touch: search of warm colours combined with decorations and paintings new liberty is enriched with some local avant-garde paintings. The concept is to offer spaces not approved nor amorphous but environments that have a personal character and who want to contribute to welcome (even with warm colours and graphic fantasies).
