appartamento nuova costruzione 2017, sito a Casuzze ideale per 4 o 6 persone, dotato di tutti i confort ( wi-fi, TV, aria condizionata, lavatrice e fono). L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con due letti singoli (all’occorrenza diventa matrimoniale), un bagno e due balconi.
La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla a 400 metri dal mare, a 500 metri da Marina di Ragusa e a 5 minuti dalla casa del Commissario Montalbano. A pochi passi si trova la pizzeria Strapizzami e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar, Market, rosticcerie, ristoranti, farmacia e fermata navetta/ bus urbano.
