Description
The rooms (from this year include a kitchenette with two-burner with fridge and small freezer) belong to a brick-and-stone farmhouse located on a hill in the countryside sciclitana to 1.8 km from the historic centre of Scicli.
Great location, quiet and total openness, no construction hinders the view down to the sea, whose color comes off cleanly from the sky in clear light.
Indian fig, carob, India capers and almond trees characterize the wide garden outside. Both rooms have an exit to the veranda and the garden, right next to a gigantic carob and ombrosissimo.
The two rooms with independent outputs can be connected to each other. Possibility of adding an extra bed in one of the rooms. Designed for the heat of Sicily, the House has an essential furnishings. The strong point is certainly the position: for tranquility, freshness, colours and scents.
Despite being in the far south of Sicily, the House is pleasantly fresh, for his position as a slight Hill and just breezy.Scicli is by many considered the jewel of Sicilian Baroque, definitely the most romantic town of Val di Noto.
Ten minutes away by car there is the mythic beach of Sampieri, made famous by the paintings of Guccione before from Montalbano's television series.
Always within a quarter of an hour by car you reach the cliffs and the sea of Punta Corvo between Sampieri and Cava d'aliga inside the park coastline by Car.
Behind the sand dunes extends a pine wood equipped with picnic tables.
For those who love more equipped beaches, those of Donnalucata, Cava d'aliga, Arizza and browse.
