The residence has a swimming pool, solarium, garden, barbecue area, private parking, gym and much more; also it is only 900m from the sea and from the center of Donnalucata. The apartment is a three-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two beds or bunk beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed and terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to allow you to peacefully spend your vacation: TV, oven, freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and much more.

“Sommerurlaub in Donnalucata”
Die Residenz war top gepflegt. Das Personal, allen voran Thelma, waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Sommer, den ich jedes Jahr gerne wiederholen würden.

“Ottima esperienza”
Location strategica per visitare il barocco e le piu belle spiagge del sud est della Sicilia. Personale e titolari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. In casa non manca nulla e tutto e' nuovissimo. Ci hanno accolto alle 5 del mattino nonostante non fosse propriamente nei ns diritti entrare così presto, anche il ns cane e' stato benissimo! I servizi del residence sono minimali ma corrispondono esattamente alla descrizione, efficienti e ben tenuti (piscina, barbecue, calcio-balilla, etc.). Infine in casa abbiamo trovato un gentile omaggio, bottiglia di olio e pomodorini di produzione artigianale locale, bel gesto di attenzione.

“Posto incantevole”
Appartamenti nuovi, molto accoglienti. Posto pulito. Molto vicino al mare (circa 900 mt) raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Piscina molto comoda Gestori sempre disponibili e gentilissimi
