Description
Villa 4 km's away from Unesco's Scicli and from the stunning beach of Sampieri, one of the most renowned location of the fiction Inspector Montalbano. The villa has a stunning panorama and is immersed in a Sicilian garden. In the outdoor you can find many lovely corners among the lemon threes, the vineyard, and other Mediterranean plants. The house and is totally built with the typical white limestone of this area of Sicily. It spreads on two levels. On the first one there is a fully equipped kitchen (with a pizza owen), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a big suite with a double bed and 1 single bed. The upper level displays a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a marvelous terrace from where enjoy the ocean view. The house has a lovely and stylish furniture.
The pool area has a large solarium and a sauna.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL THE SUM OF € 300 IN CASH IS REQUIRED FOR THE COSTS OF CLEANING, ELECTRICITY, LINEN, TOWELS.
Check-in is within 10pm. Beyond that time it will have a cost of e 30 in cash to be paid on arrival.

“Oasi di tranquillità con il meglio della Sicilia a portata di mano”
Siamo stati davvero benissimo, la casa è attrezzata perfettamente, location bellissima, tranquillità e panorama impagabili. Sandra e Salvatore poi sono stupendi, sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta, dall’accompagnarci ad acquistare pesce al mercato alla segnalazione del posto giusto per ogni necessità, il tutto con molto garbo e grandissimo rispetto della privacy. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato verdura fresca, frutta, latte di mandorle, vino fresco, schiacciate, pomodorini secchi, pasta, cialde di caffe ... Anche la piscina ha il suo perché, bellissimi bagni a qualunque ora del giorno e della sera, con luci colorate rilassantissime, acqua a temperatura ideale, materassini, sdraio e asciugamani a disposizione. I miei figli adolescenti ne sono stati entusiasti : piscina, ampie camere e connessione internet hanno fatto la loro parte. Giudizio di sintesi : superiore alle aspettative, da ritornarci e consigliare.
