This detached barn conversion is close to the village of Sticker near to St. Austell and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.The Limes is a lovely detached cottage situated close to the village of Sticker just three miles from St. Austell in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep five people in one ground floor double bedroom, one ground floor twin and one first floor single as well as a ground floor bathroom and a first floor shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with furniture. The Limes is a perfect base for a most relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Please note: Please do not charge electric cars at the property, a list is supplied of charge points throughout Cornwall. Guests are welcome to bring their own bbq. Towels cannot be currently provided and guests will need to bring their own towels. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150. Please note: This property is for holiday let use only and does not accept worker bookings.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel inc. in rent for use of the accommodation but this does not include charging any cars. Please be aware you cannot charge electric cars at the property. Bed linen included in rental. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private garden with graveled area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Unfenced pond 5 yards from rear door, children to be supervised. Note: The property is accessed via a private road. Note: This property only accepts children 13 and over

The quaint fishing harbour at Mevagissey, with its passenger ferry across the bay to Fowey, is just six miles away, and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula with the villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland lies just a little further. Enjoy a coastal walk and take in the wonderful views, spend a day on the beach, or visit St. Austell including The Brewery, Cornwall's award-winning independent family brewer.
