Description
Only a 12 minute walk to the amazing Tamarindo beach and minutes to town. This clean, quiet two bedroom condo is great value if you want to experience Tamarindo, don't want to pay crazy beachfront or highrise prices.
This condo unit is the end unit in the complex, which means it is the quietest and most private.
The entire complex, Los Suenos 2, has only 22 units, and everyone there is friendly, low key and quiet.
It is a very well run complex and the ideal place to stay. It has two floors, two bedrooms each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, shower.
Only the bedrooms have air conditioners, the main floor does not.
The main floor has a kitchen, living room, and an office area, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, WI-FI, and the entire condo is nicely decorated.
The front patio area, although not huge, is great for sitting out in the morning while the sun streams through the palm trees. Patio chairs and small dining room table, all locally made from teak wood, is a great place to hang out and to serve meals.
The pool is only steps away, or if you like, head to the beach within minutes and enjoy one of the nicest beaches in all of Costa Rica. Not to mention the great restaurants and shopping.
Tamarindo has it all. Laid back, relaxed, and if you want to go zip lining or river rafting, everything is near by.
The locals are always friendly and eager to please. You won't find a more genuine and happy people. It's part of what makes Costa Rica special.
The surfing, or boogie boarding is amazing too! Everyday we like to walk on the beach at sunset and take it all in. There's nothing quite like it.

Response from the owner Thanks for your review, it seems that overall you had a good stay and that our condo is properly represented in the listing. A couple of points of clarification: *The large AutoMercado just outside of town is the most expensive grocery store in the area, the smaller closer grocery stores are cheaper. * Welcome to Costa Rica regarding the dusty roads! Most beach towns are like this. * A cab ride to the town centre, beach, or even to the AutoMercado just outside of town is $4-$5. The town centre is right on the beach. *It is not normal practice here to supply salt, pepper, oil, laundry soap etc. with a condo rental. Even if you rent a hotel room that has a kitchen these items are not normally supplied. * Beach towels are not normally supplied either. Towels that are in the condo are to remain there. *Good idea about the instructions for the washing machine, although everyone else including ourselves have managed to figure it out. We will leave out instructions. * The listing does not indicate that there is an oven or a microwave, only a stove - photos of the kitchen show this fact as well. We stay here for months at a time and cook at home pretty much every night.
