Casa vacanza nel cuore di Taormina, A 200 metri da Porta Catania, accesso principale al Corso Umberto, centro nevralgico della quotidianità Taorminese e di notte della sua movida, via Cesare Ottaviano è parallelo al servitissimo Viale Arcageta; nello spazio di 200 metri macellerie, piccole botteghe alimentari, erboristerie, ristoranti, bar e market, uffici postali e tabaccherie a portata di piede rendono la zona estremamente vivibile anche senza l'ausilio di un mezzo di spostamento, considerando inoltre che a Porta Catania c'è la fermata del servizio navette "Linea Rossa", che collega tutte le aree del paese, fino anche alla funivia che poi porta alle spiagge di Mazzarò, Spisone ed Isola Bella.

Sempre a Porta Catania, poi, c'è una delle agenzie storiche di Taormina per la prenotazione di escursioni per la Sicilia e le isole limitrofe. La posizione della casa è inoltre molto riservata ed intima, distante quanto basta dal traffico per garantire serene permanenze nel terrazzo, ma vicina a sufficienza da essere dietro l'angolo di tutte le attività per godere al meglio della vostra permanenza nella Perla dello Ionio.

L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato e ammodernato è composto da living con zona cottura, spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale, cameretta con letto una piazza e mezzo, cameretta con letti a castello, bagno e terrazzino.

La struttura richiederà la tassa di soggiorno di 3€ al giorno a persona da pagare in loco.

“Wedding stay”

The property was ideal for 4 adults it was clean and tidy the host was very helpful and the location was ideal and an easy walk into bustling centre of Taormina.

The apartment is in an excellent location very near to the Taormina parking and also a few steps away from shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.
