“Well-situated apartment in old Jewish Quarter of Trapani”
The apartment was within easy reach of the railway and bus stations (max. 10 minutes walk In either direction). There are 2 smallish supermarkets and a butcher/delicatessen nearby (4-5 minutes). The flat is in a small, old apartment block in the old Jewish Quarter of the city - narrow, untidy but characterful streets. It is a poor part of Trapani and can be a little noisy with people shouting to each other, but it doesn't feel disturbing or threatening - people are in fact quite friendly. The apartment itself is well-equipped and furnished. The owner is very helpful. There is some annoyance due to the noise made for several hours by the refilling of the water storage tanks, which occurs in the morning every 48 hours.
