Description
The Space
Modern design with open-concept floor plans throughout two levels. Elegant high-end furnishings including leather sofas, granite counter-tops, 50" LED flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speakers. Two bedrooms include en-suite private bathroom with stand-up rain showers. Third bedroom has bathroom across the hall with the same amenities. The villa also includes a laundry room, essential kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, room air conditioning and two walk-out terraces with outdoor furniture on the balcony overlooking the pool and scenic view of the ocean and jungle.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa and shared area of the property including infinity pool. Each villa has a dedicated parking space.
Interaction with Guests
Unfortunately we will not be there during your stay, but there is a 24/7 security and caretaker on-site that can assist if needed.
The Neighborhood
We are private and exclusive community of 6 Villa's just north of downtown Uvita. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful and is surrounded by natural beauty and views of the ocean (including infamous Whale Tail during low-tide), mountains and wildlife, including: toucans, tropical birds and monkeys.
The property is only 10 minutes from the closest beach and access to beaches both north and south are within driving distance. Beaches are ideal for all ages, tastes and level in activities. Surfer and boogie board enthusiasts will enjoy the idealistic waves of the Dominical area.
There is so much to do in the area including tours and land/water activities. These activities include: horseback riding to the Nauyaca waterfall, zip lining, white water rafting, whale & dolphin watching, scuba & snorkeling, fishing, tour of the national marine park, ATV tours, hiking day and night in national parks, kayaking, fitness classes (yoga, pilates, capoeira, etc.) and abundance of nightlife including dancing, local concerts and more!
Getting Around
Taxi's, public transit, and rental vehicles are available nearby. Downtown Uvita is within a 5 minute drive where there are banks, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, adventure tours, information center, rental car, nightlife, music and friendly locals to help you enjoy the area!
