Description
A house completely renovated in 2019 with an area of 110 square meters and a lush garden around. Located in a strategic position with respect to the main tourist sites such as S. Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro and Monte Cofano Reserves, the archaeological sites of Segesta and Mozia, the medieval town of Erice, Trapani and its port from which it is possible reach the nearby Egadi islands (Levanzo, Marettimo and Favignana). The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It is composed of a fitted kitchen with a washing machine, a lounge-dining room with a sofa and a TV set, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two beds and a bedroom located in the wooden loft. It enjoys the exclusive use of a covered veranda equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and rocking chair. Outside there is a barbecue and a shower. Inside the garden the house has a parking space. However, it is possible to park for free in the street in front.

Response from the owner Gradiamo la buona valutazione, che per il servizio offerto (non solo per questa, ma anche per le altre strutture di nostra proprietà) l’abbiamo costantemente ottenuto dai nostri ospiti, come verificabile dalle recensioni avute su altri canali di prenotazione (soprattutto per la Villa). Le piccole criticità che talvolta possono essere evidenziate, anche se onestamente, in questo caso, in buona parte da noi non riscontrabili, ci aiutano a migliorare la nostra offerta. In ogni caso, sempre nell'ottica di migliorare e rendere più confortevole il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti, avevamo già programmato ed ora realizzato il rinnovamento di buona parte degli interni.
