“perfect family rental home” I have stayed here a few times with my family which includes small children. The house is in a great location. It sits on a pretty lake in very close proximity to North Conway and all the areas attractions. The views from the porch are beautiful! The house is always clean and very cozy. The owners have paid very special attention to make sure to have everything you could possibly need...from cookware to dvds...even a crib, strollers, and baby toys! I love staying here and have had very many wonderful family memories at this location.

“great time at cozy attitash Mt Village” If you like to go on vacation with nothing else but your luggage!!! It's the place to go!!! Nothing to worry about. Everything is perfect. The place is very clean and cozy. You can enjoy all the facillity on the site for free. I will go back for sure!!! By the way, we were 4 adults and a 10 month old baby and we had enoufgh space.

“Clearbrook rental” The accommodations were good. The spaces were well separated and met our families' needs quite well. The unit itself is dark and needs more lamps throughout. The few that were there had no light bulbs in them. The many stairs leading down to the unit might be a problem for some folks with mobility issues. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/silverware/pots. etc. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our requirements nicely. Thank you.

“Great Place to Stay!” The staff was courteous and helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. A gift bag with a packet of coffee, creamer, sugar and a packet of microwave popcorn made us feel welcomed. We stayed only 3 nights and wished it could have been longer. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pools just down the road at Village of Loon Resort and we took advantage of their picnic area with grills for a cookout. We plan to stay here again!

“Unit 3WU Clearbrook” Beautiful view, super easy to go skiing with the shuttle. Nice layout plenty of room with six people. Clean but could use some updating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Given 1 set of towels (bath,hand & face)per person for the week did have to wash towels regularly with the washer/dryer.

“Happy Hikers Retreat” After more than 25 years of staying in the AMC huts, some of our group decided to try something more comfortable- a condo rental nearby the trails. The 8 of us loved the stay at Forest Ridge 18-5 right opposite Loon Mtn. The unit was spotless, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location was great. We cooked/warmed up a nice home cooked meal and entertained some other friends staying at a local hotel-we had company! As others have previously written, the basement bedrooms can get damp but there were dehumidifiers and fans to move the air around. Our only complaint was that the gas grill was not working and we had planned to barbecue one night. Oh well. Great place to stay and very nice Club House around the corner.

About Bartlett

Surrounded by the White Mountains, the town of Bartlett, New Hampshire has amazing scenery everywhere you turn. Add in the museums and historical attractions, as well as all of the parks and options for exploring the great outdoors, and you have all the ingredients for a perfect New England getaway.

You'll find most of the unique shops and fine restaurants centered along Main Street, but Bartlett is small enough that anything you want to reach is usually just a short walk or bike ride away. The small size of the town makes it even easier to explore the wide range of cultural and educational attractions offered here.

Be sure to make time for some of these key sites in the area during your stay:

  • Arethusa Falls: Despite being the tallest waterfall in New Hampshire, this is an easy climb for people of all fitness levels and only takes a couple of hours.
  • Story Land: Located just outside of Bartlett in nearby Glen, this amusement park is perfect for young children.
  • Crawford Notch State Park: This park has plenty of designated hiking trails and opportunities to spot birds and other wildlife that are native only to New England.

  • Frost Place: Head to this farmhouse where world-famous poet Robert Frost lived.
  • Go Skiing: If you're here during the winter, Cannon Mountain is by far the most popular place for locals to hit the slopes.

Bartlett has live music and theater most nights of the week during the year, but the biggest events are centered around the beautiful scenery take place during the fall and summer months. Enjoy Scottish food and entertainment during the Scottish Highland Games in October, sample the best beers and wines of New England during the Wicked Wine and Brew Fest in September, or enjoy the elaborate Independence Day celebrations in July.

Bartlett has a wide range of vacation rentals available across town, making it easy to stay exactly where you want to in the area. Head to one of the condos just steps from the slopes of Cannon Mountain, or pick an apartment near the fine dining and shopping options in the downtown area. You can even rent a rustic cabin in the remote woods of Bartlett.

If you're looking for a big city thrill during your stay in Bartlett, there are plenty of large metropolitan areas within a short drive of Bartlett. Both the charming city of Providence, Rhode Island and the metropolis of Boston, Massachusetts can be reached in just two hours by car.

Great place for a family.

We stayed here for our Storyland/Santa's Village vacation. This was the perfect place having two floors made it easier than trying to stay in a hotel room with a 4 and 2 year old.
