“Vintage Lake Tahoe” The property was spacious. The kids enjoyed having access to the pier and small private beach area (it is walking distance, but you have to cross a very busy highway). If you are looking for a retro Tahoe experience - this house is for you - it must have been something in the day - the only room that appears to have been updated is the kitchen - and that appears to have been done on a small budget. Be aware that the home does not have air conditioning, although the evenings cooled off nicely, it was HOT in there! The master bedroom did have a wall a/c - so it was cooler than the other rooms upstairs. The basement and the decks were cool and were great places to hang out. The hot-tub and the black jack table are in very poor condition, so don't get too excited about either of those amenities. The grill was filthy - almost to the point we were going to skip using it but we opted to clean it up to avoid turning on the stove inside! Still waiting for my deposit back, so can't speak to that yet - but am optimistic that there will not be any issues related to that. We did have a problem with the sprinkler system not turning off -the property management company was very responsive. They were also responsive in getting us the code to access the private pier/beach area.

“Perfect Location and Cozy, Comfortable House” We really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr Cove. This is my first time renting a house on-line so I was a bit nervous. Would everything be as good as the pictures made it seem. Well, I've got to say I was pleasantly surprised and loved the house. It was very comfortable and a perfect location. Very private and very accessible to everything; beach, skiing, shopping, casinos. The ping pong table in the rec room was a great bonus and perfect for my kids who are in their early 20's. The house has everyting we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We would definitely come back again.

“Great Location in Miraflores, Lima Peru & comfortable aprtment.” We really liked the apartment it was in a secure building and very centrally located in Miraflores with restuarents, shops and access to public transport all very close by. “Cozy Sunset Chalet” My family and I have stayed at the Sunset Chalet in North Lake Tahoe twice in the past year. Both trips were fantastic! We absolutely love the warmth and coziness the chalet provides. The views are breathtaking from both the first and second floors. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the location of the chalet works well for my family's needs. There are so many little amenities already available at the chalet which is an added bonus. We hope to return again and again to this spectacular spot!

“Great large house in a central location in South Lake Tahoe” It was definitely great staying at this lodge. It was spacious and clean with a working hot tub (even in the winter) and a number of working gas fireplaces. Owner is a great guy and accommodated our needs. One thing to note- if you have small children, avoid having them sleep downstairs since they'll hear every sound from the second floor. Plus never figured out how to get the TV, DVD system to work. No biggie since we'd rather ski. 3 car garage in case multiple cars or families.

“EXCELLENT CABIN” We selected this cabin as a gift for my daughter for receiving her Master's Degree. We had an amazing time. The views were incredible. This cabin is fully equipped and the open floor plan allowed us to enjoy each others company! Our family enjoyed the poker table, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and Nintendo Wii games. We were able to bbq and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was perfect only 15 minutes away from the casinos. The beds were comfortable and the cabin is very well kept. From the minute I booked the cabin the owner was in contact with me and available for questions. I HIGHLY recommend this cabin!
