“Perfect getaway” Is this edited version ok to put on the website? We just had the most relaxing time at Mountain Dream Cabins. We went with very little expectation as this was our first mountain getaway after moving to Charlotte 7 months ago. We absolutely loved it. The cabins are so you have a lot of privacy and we like that a lot. It was great to unwind and disconnect from the world for a short time. “Unbelievable location and did so many things at this unique cabi” Easy to check in and out. The outside and inside look even better in person. The way it was designed & decorated was so creative with all the small touches around the cabin. Very clean throuhout the cabin and on the outside. The location was perfect. Anything you could ever want to do: Golfing, hiking, fishing, skiing, tubing, canoeing, and site seeing. At the community center you can even play volleyball, basketball and other activities. They have 24 hour security in this gating community with partrol cars. I loved the fire pit in the backyard of the cabin and it has the biggest loft I have ever seen. You could walk out the cabin and start hiking on the trails. River in the back and a huge lake steps away. I'm so glad that we decided on this cabin for our vacation. Thank you very much to the River Cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

“Home away from home” I own my own business, so any time away is especially precious. Kilkelly's West Wing Cottage was the perfect fit. Unlike the institutional feel of a hotel room, the West Wing is like a home away from home. Immediately, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept. The rooms were equipped with every possible item anyone would need, even a tea kettle and grill accessories for the gas grill. The commercial like ice maker was an unexpected surprise. They even provided a small cooler for day trips. Normally in a hotel room, I am loathe to touch anything and notice the dirt and traces of previous guests. Immediately you can see how clean and welcoming the West Wing is - I had no hesitation using any of the amenities. We are very picky travelers and the West Wing exceeded our expectations. The breakfast casserole was so good I even got the recipe! There are several televisions with satellite, DVD, Blue-Ray, etc - available but we never even turned them on. It was so relaxing enjoying the sunrise, sunset and mountain views, we had no need for the outside world. We would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend the West Wing! :)
