“Piccollo Paradisso” Playa Conchal has everything I was looking for in a vaccassion:An amazing scenery, white sand beach, a calm blue ocean and a friendly staff eager to make the stay memorable. The condo is extremely well maintained with large bedrooms and showers and a large kitchen . It is very comfortable and easily accessible to the beach club with the shuttle service or by walking. The beach club has a great pool,spa and gym. There is plenty to do during the day, and at night there are shows and the casino. I have been in this same condo for three years now and it has become my vaccssion spot for the summer, beach club

“An awesome, peaceful hideaway!” I discovered Finca Paraiso at B&B.com; and made reservations for Oct 2011. I usually rent a vehicle so the drive of about 30 minutes was not only interesting but exciting as well. The roads in CR are not well marked and are somewhat bumpy with a fair share of potholes. For the directionally challenged, the innkeeper might consider meeting the guests at the airport as an escort or taxi. On arrival, I was overwhelmed by the inspiring beauty of the property. The views are stunning. The grounds are superbly manicured and provide vast space for exploring and enjoying the peace and solitude of nature. There were hundreds of different plants, flowers, and trees. There is even a trout pond with waterfall. And, there is a mountain stream with many waterfalls that can be traversed. The inn has an indoor heated pool with a steam room too! As if all this isn't enough, my jaw dropped when I entered the suite. It was a villa with the space of three hotel rooms. The refrigerator was stocked with juice, bread, cheese, jam/jelly, and other foods. There was a fine bottle of wine as a welcome gift. It included a fireplace, living area, whirlpool tub, oversized queen bed, ample closet space and a bathroom with a large shower. There was television with DVD and cable service. Wired internet was also a feature. The room included a terrace with a table for enjoying meals outdoors. But the best part were the windows that surrounded the suite affording beautiful views of the mountains and valleys. I enjoyed time soaking in the quiet which allowed precious rejuvenation, physically, mentally, and spiritually. The innkeeper and his wife were very helpful in suggesting places to go and also in providing directions. They also provide a complimentary dinner of rainbow trout from the pond. A very delicious meal. I highly recommend Finca Paraiso. It will be my getaway of choice when visiting CR in the future. Pura Vida!

“We love to hear the ocean!” Georgina treated us like family. She communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival & departure. The windows in each room slide open & we went to sleep & awoke each day listening to the ocean & overlooking it along with the gorgeous green mountains. ust incredible! Lots of cute places to eat a few minute stroll up the road. The roof top pool & lounge is like being on a yacht. Easy access to the beach & nice clean sand. We cant wait to come back!

“A Nice Slice Of Heaven” We just returned from spending the month of February in Gorgona. Tom and Karen have this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo prepared with everything. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the space was great for the 4 of us. Wi-fi was easy and having access to free long distance in North america and a great Weber bbq. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and fishing village was great. We met wonderful people on our morning walks -an incredible beach and only a 10 minute walk to the fishing village for a fresh catch of sea bass. Just a few minutes to walk to the local sports bar, La Ruina - sit at the bar - and the bus stop is right across the street - 30 cents to the main road! Cabs were easy - the guard would call for us or you can set up the cell phone Tom and Karen have available and for $3. we drove into Coronado with 3 supermarkets - Super 99, the The Rey and and the El Machetazo - best produce We took a bus from the main road into the albrook Mall in Panama City - $2.50. Fyi - when you return, book your ticket in the Mall for Santa Clara and get off at Gorgona - you will need to buy a 'superpass card'' for $1.50 as well, not just the bus tickets. If you need help - Tom and Karen have a wonderful property manager, Carlo - he was there for us, when one of our companions forgot her insulin! There is also a new clinic in Coronado - the Doctor speaks English - $20 to see him! They have a very good dentist in Coronado close to Super 99. Day trip - definitely El Vallee - cooler - great market and busy on a Sunday. Grab Oscar for a tour of the Old City and the Canal - he picked us up at the airport - great English and sense of humour and a wealth of info. La Villa Blanca - Simple Elegance in Sámara Centro

“Great place to relax” We (2 persons) stayed at La Villa Blanca from Dec. 9th-16th. The house is beautiful, located in the middle or S?mara just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Everything was clean and nicely furnished, with a big american style kitchen and enough space to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, Quinn and Monika gave us very helpful information on restaurants, Canopy and surfing (thanks for that). Overall, La Villa Blanca is a wonderful place to stay.
