“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“I enjoyed the authentic decor and atmosphere as well as having a” It was good to have clean facilities to prepare breakfast and some other meals. “Bliss on the Beach!” We were immediately blown away by the unit! It looked even better than the online thumbnails, and that is saying something! Gorgeous views, surfers in the waves, beautiful sunsets!Place is spotless, and roomy! We would suggest a guest book be left in the unit, for visitors to leave remarks and recommendations for future guests. Would suggest they stock a few extra bed pillows, and trash bags, as both were not available. Management was super helpful with great customer service. Let them arrange tours, they know the best local outfits. We also recommend having them provision your place, if, like us, you arrive in the evening. Next morning, we were able to enjoy breakfast on our lovely deck! You might consider not renting a car from San jose. We did, but it was expensive. We could have made use of local options and saved money as well. Also, in CR, the roads are not well marked.If you rent a car, the GPS is well worth the extra $. Don't want to forget the beautiful pool on site, as well as the beach just steps away from the pool area. They made this location superior to any others.

“Beautiful place ... great vacation time and excellent location” The place is just amazing, fully equipped, nice bedrooms, the pool is very clean, I spent some days with my family in this 2 bedroom condo and we had a great time, highly recommended for family or friends. The location is just great, front beach entry and near of good restaurants and downtown Jaco. Michelle is great, she was always in communication with us, thanks for this amazing time , definitely we´ll stay again.
