“Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

“A vacation in paradise!” Our recent stay at Sugar Beach was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent in all regards and everyone is so friendly, including the amazing staff and the other guests. The condo where we stayed was superb, with lots of room, all the amenities, and a decor that makes you feel at home from the moment you come through the front door. Your location on the beach is awesome, and despite a little rain and wind we were able to find so many neat things to do during our stay in Maui.What we liked best about our stay was the friendly atmosphere and warmth wherever we went, then being able to come back to this magnificent resort at the end of the day to relax. “Amazing View!” We had a great stay in Maui at the Kihei Beach Resort. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed looking for whales. Fantastic walking beach where we could have walked about six miles in a northerly direction. The ali'i property management met us our first day and checked back with us to see if we had any questions. If we ever return to Maui, we definitely will consider staying here again!

“Kihei Beach Condo” What a beautiful condo with amazing views! From our booking to our greeting by Ali'i Resort's representative, we were given excellent recommendations and introduced to our accommodations. The area is easily accessible to Kihei and north to Lahania. The outrigger canoes added extra enjoyment throughout our stay. It's a perfect place to stay.

“Great Place to Stay” The place was newly remodeled. What you see on the pictures is what you get, not less. The view is great and if you have little kids the little beach in front is perfect for them. We loved it and we will definitively recommend to everybody.

“Awesome” We loved our condo at the Royal Mauian. It opened up to the pool and then the ocean. It was beautiful. Great location and fun to watch the turtles. We had a couple of issues with the Condo and ali'i Resorts were so responsive and very quick to take care of any problems. Ali'i staff were very professional and nice to work with.

“Kamaole Nalu” Small (36 condos) ON the water between Kamaole 1 and 2. Two bd/2 ba, very well maintained, supplied and friendly manager. Perfect place if you do not want the hassle and crowds of a fancy resort. All are individually owned. Also perfect with children, grandchildren, calm beach, snorkeling right in front with turtles. We've been here more than 30 times in the last 40 years.

“Fabulous location” The location is perfectly lodged between our two favorite beaches, Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2. This unit is not as updated as others in the complex, but it has a spectacular view. Between poorly functioning ceiling fans and a hot dryer, it was difficult to keep the room comfortable even with Kihei's famous tradewinds.

“very nice stay” We stayed in #404 for 5 days and loved the place. Especially the balcony, we almost lived out there. Large and amazing view. Fourth floor was nice because it seemed like you were close to the beach but just high enough for a reasonable amount of privacy. Also a great view from the bed in the master bedroom. The apartment was very well equipped too, all the little things that make you feel at home. Definitely want to go back.
