“Great Views” We had a lovely time in Maui. #317, Kahana Reef Was very comfortable, peaceful, with the wonderful sound of ocean surf. The condo has great views of Molokai. The weather was off and on due to a Kona Low. There was Big Waves, had much fun watching Sail Boarders and Kite Surfers. Very close to Maui Brewing which was fun to sample their Beers and the food was pretty tasty. The condo had everything we needed. Pool is a bit small. Hot tub would have been great especially with the cooler weather.

“Near the action yet quiet.” It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and quite a lot of traffic before there but the condo was quiet with the sounds of birds and a cool breeze passing through so AC wasn't needed even in the heat of summer.

“Wailea Ekahi 48C” This condo is a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The showers weren't working well. Wailea Ekahi is a gorgeous setting. This unit is up the hill, a little walk from the beach and main pool. Wifi worked well which was key for me since this was a working vacation.

“Hale Kameole #309 - A great find!!” We ust returned from a glorious holiday to Maui (10 days) and the Molokai (4 days). This is our 7th trip to the Islands, and I fall more in love every time! Maui had last been a destination in 1995 and although we found a lot of changes - much has stayed the same. We stayed, for the first time, in #309 (Hale Kamaole) - a 3rd story condo with an ocean view - renting the unit through Vrbo. This was a very clean and well appointed condo and allowed the four of us (2 couples) ample room and comfotable surroundings. The owner (Brenda) was easy to deal with and always helpful and honest. We loved so much about this location - it's proximitiy to Kamaole 3 Beach (right across the road, and a really great beach in it's own), shopping, dining and, of course, the beaches in Wailea (Ulua and Big Beach). The condo was extremely clean and...well, comfortable - the kind of place that you're anxious to return to after a long and tough day of beaching or shopping. Do not think we missed having cocktails on the lanai one day, watching the sun go down to the tunes of other residents performing their "conch" ceremony (not to be missed). We all loved this place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“A perfect trip...” Our stay in Kihei was like a dream… The condo was exactly as described, clean, beautiful, affordable, and the view on the ocean… incredible! We received a warm welcome by the staff and the owner, they made it easy for us, we had anything we needed. The kitchen was complete and we cooked a lot. All the furniture was very comfortable, but the best of it…. During sunset, walking on the beach, which is just down the lanai of this nice condo…

“Kihei Beach Condo” What a beautiful condo with amazing views! From our booking to our greeting by Ali'i Resort's representative, we were given excellent recommendations and introduced to our accommodations. The area is easily accessible to Kihei and north to Lahania. The outrigger canoes added extra enjoyment throughout our stay. It's a perfect place to stay.

“Sugar Beach” Just returned from a week stay in Maui and enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Upstairs unit with beautiful view of the ocean from the Kitchen, Living Room and Lanai. The until was well equipped with most of the comforts of home. Our only complaint would be that a few minor items needed repair (would have been nice if the screen on the front door would have been repaired during our stay) and the carpets were in need of cleaning. Nice grounds around this two story complex and a nice long beach footsteps from your door. Located on the quite north end of Kihei on Sugar Beach.

“Mom and Daughter time” This condo was outstanding! The view was awesome! The kitchen was stocked nicely with spices and other items i didn't have to go buy. I loved snorkeling with the turtles every day. The pool is nice. I brought my daughter for a high school graduation present, and she loved it! The beach is right there. Shaved Ice and Coffee right across the street! The condo is located near some great restaurants, and activities are close by. The condo had a cooler and beach chairs and beach towels, which was great.

“Royal Mauian” The view from the lanai was amazing! The unit was very comfortable and well kept. Kitchen has everything you need from utensils to platters and cookware. The only thing we missed was air conditioning. We were there on record high temps but we survived thanks to the ceiling fans and nice breeze in the evenings.

Oceanfront 2br/2ba Between Kam1/Kam2!! - Royal Mauian #517
Kihei apartment

“Still smiling” Our stay at the Royal Mauian was our best vacation in years. Ali'i Resorts and the staff of the Royal Mauian showed us hospitality that made us feel so welcome we couldn't help relaxing from day one. The RM is located in the heart of Kehei and everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation is within walking distance. #517 was made up just as we requested and was spotlessly clean, as was the entire property. This complex is very well cared for and it shows, and #517 was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee on the lanai while watching whales and turtles. The reef just out from the Royal Mauian is an awesome place to snorkel and the Kamaole beaches on either side are amazing for swimming or just relaxing in the sun. After spending time sight-seeing it was wonderful to come back to our own fully equipped home base, have a dunk in the beautiful pool and later enjoy watching a Maui sunset while fixing dinner in the roof top garden. This was a lovely two weeks and we look forward to returning to Maui, the Royal Mauian and ali'i Resorts. Mahalo all!

Stunning Views & Perfect Location - Royal Mauian #518
Kihei apartment

“Great unit in Kihei!” We really enjoyed staying in #518 in the Royal Mauian. It's big enough for 2 families with kids with the 3 bedrooms. The location was absolutely perfect since it had a nice pool/grass area, right on the ocean with beaches to both sides. I laughed when I read a review about the ocean being loud at night but found that it was actually kind of loud the first night. I love the sound of it and it didn't keep me awake the rest of the vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ pots/pans/plates etc. Everything we would need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely stay here again!!

“Perfect location for a family holiday.” This was our second time renting this unit mainly because for us, there is no better location. Our teenagers could walk the beach or to shops on their own. Pool right off our lanai, loungers just steps away, Bbq's, beach and snorkeling right out front. When we were outside and needed something, whether it be a drink, food, washroom or just a break from the sun, it's like simply stepping inside from your own backyard. It's nothing fancy, in fact, a little tired, but it's well stocked and comfortable. The onsite manager is friendly and helpful.
