“Relaxing and carefree” We had such a wonderful and memorable weekend. Very picturesque and ever so quiet when you're there mid season. There were wineries and breweries within a short driving distance, and the local restaurants are spot on. I would not suggest using GPS, it gets you in the vicinity but not to the right house. Thank goodness for pictures of the house. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, but bring your own trash bags and sandwich bags etc. The master bath and bed is very nice. We loved the bed so much that we are buying a mattress exactly like it because we slept so well. My only other suggestion would be to have the house ready for arrival. The house was cold, and the entry way was not swept, I picked up a few pieces of trash laying around on the driveway, but I am a Manager of a very nice Boutique Hotel so I notice these small things. All in all it was so lovely and I would definitely stay again.

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Outstanding accommodations!” We loved everything about the house! We have rented all over the world and this is by far my favorite. The house was beautifully furnished, great location and outstanding hosts. It was really neat to see a small bear and deer in the morning watching us from the rec room. Don’t pass this one up! We will be back!

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“A comfortable place on the waterfront where we were very satisfied and made to feel at home.” The location was ideal, 40 minutes from PBI and close to Stuart and Jupiter. The setting on the Indian river was beautiful. The accomodations were more than adequate for the 5 of us. The owner provided breakfast for us each morning and we enjoyed her cat and dog throughout the week. The home is very spacious and provided a great place for a few days retreat for our group.

“Incredible Stay!” We had a wonderful time at the Jupiter Holidays. The house was so much more then the pictures portrayed. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Cathie took care of us like her own kids and we slept and lived like kings and queens for the week.

“Amazing!!” Me and a friend did a road trip an wanted to visit Joshua Tree Nationalpark. We discovered Knob Hill Ranch on the internet and were immediately thrilled when reading that Nathalia and Don also offered horseback riding trails. The friend I travelled with is really experienced in horseback riding however I only sat on a horse once in my life so I wasn't sure if it would work out for me. Nathalia was really helpful in advance, answered all mails right away and even managed to switch dates with another customer when I discovered that I sent here the wrong date for our visit. Upon arrival Nathalia and Don were really welcoming. We had time to practise which was especially important to me. My friend and I were the only customers on the trail which made me feel even more comfortable due to my lack of experience. In the end the trail had become one of the most amazing experiences. Nathalia and Don know their horses very, very well, are caring and know the needs of their animals as well as their customers. Anybody who has the chance to take a trail should do that. It is just amazing to experience Joshua Tree on the back of a horse.

“Mr.” The place was very nice. You could hear the owners walking around and talking upstairs. I did expect clean towels and wash rags every day but we didn't get any. May have been my fault because I didn't ask. The owners were very nice and said if we needed anything to just ask. We did enjoy ourselves.

“Awesome Columbus Weekend” Myself and 4 friends stayed here for a long Columbus Day weekend. This place is just what we needed. We are all from NYC so the location was extermely convenient for us. The Catskills are just a short drive from the city...well worth the drive. The house was great. Very clean, spaceous, and accommodating. It is located very close to the town of Saugerties and close to Woodstock and Hunter Mtn. The owners are very helpful and generous. I highly recommend this house.

“Absolutely perfect place to stay in Phoenix!” We stayed at the Margarita and it was perfect! Awesome views, plenty of comfort and space inside and out, privacy, everything we needed, excellent hosts! The hot tub (at sunrise and sunset) was the best. Laying outside on the chaise and looking at all the stars with a glass of wine was very special. Hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect for us-we went to 2 ballparks, Sedona for the day and explored the area. We went mostly to relax, and staying in this casita was SO much better than any condo or hotel. We loved being on top of the world! We will be back!

“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!
