L'agriturismo della casa nettarina si affaccia sulla valle e sui Monti Sabini, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità della campagna a soli 45 Km da Roma.

Le vecchie stalle per cavalli dell'azienda agricola sono state ristrutturate e sono oggi due confortevoli appartamenti monolocali con vista sulla valle e sull'antico borgo di Poggio Mirteto.Il portico in legno protegge dal sole ed è il luogo ideale per fare colazione, leggere un libro o semplicemente oziare godendosi il panorama.

Ogni monolocale è costituito da una zona notte con letto matrimoniale, un salottino con angolo cottura e divano letto singolo, un bagno con doccia; è provvisto di biancheria da letto e da bagno, fornelli, frigorifero, stoviglie e pentole. Riscaldamento autonomo.In tutti i locali è vietato fumare.Possiamo fornire un lettino aggiuntivo per bambini piccoli (massimo tre anni).

Qui troverete tranquillità, relax, natura, aria buona. Non troverete invece aria condizionata, televisione, stereo, smog! Ideali per famiglie, amici e coppie alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo.

How do damage deposits work?
