Description

A very sunny flat with an amazing view to the city center. The building is based on a quite area away by the city noise with a private street walking down Trastevere Street. The main sights of interest are at walking distance but you may also find good public connections.

The flat is made of two rooms with one real bed and a couch in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub. Therefore it is great for two people but it might be suitable for four as well. An extra bed is also available on demand.

There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a tobacco shop few blocks by the flat plus lots of cafes and restaurants very close.

Soap, toilet paper, towels and bed sets are always granted by the host. Accessories: Flat Screen Tv, Home cinema, movies, ADSL wi-fi, Air Cond.

There is a private (lockable) parking space and/or garage few meters by the house.

The host is always available by email or telephone call for assistance. If you have problems or any special request: KEEP CALM AND ASK THE HOST Professional driver service by private car, from/to airport, at convenient price is available on demand.

Sightseeing tour service is available on demand as well. The host will show you a special side of the old town with the view of a local!

The host will be also delighted to cook for you traditional Italian food. Italian cooking lesson is also available on demand.

Therefore you may find that every day a cannon shot to marking time is fired in Rome. This tradition was introduced by Pope Pius XI on December 1, 1847, to have a unique official signal at midday, rather than the disjointed sound of the bells of city churches.

The place where the cannon is placed is Piazzale Garibaldi. This place is very close to the flat and it is above the Gianicolo hill.
