Description

This is a recently renovated and full of light two rooms apartment with air conditioning and WI-FI available,

situated on the 8th floor of 9 total floors with a lift, where you can enjoy wonderful views over the city sights.

From bedroom to kitchen to living room, a marble-mosaic floor makes an elegant design statement in any space.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a single bed for extra guests and

the bedroom includes a small private balcony.

Both rooms have a wardrobe, a mirror, a table with a chair and flat-screen TV.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests might need during their stay including a dishwasher, a table and chairs.

There is also a tastefully decorated bathroom with a large mirror, a shower cabin and a washing machine.

All rooms have large windows providing a beautiful sunny atmosphere for guests to enjoy the wonderful views over the rooftops of Rome.

The apartment is located in the Tuscolano-San Giovanni district, a quiet and safe area full of shops, restaurants and bars. A 24H Supermarket is at 2 minutes far away and you can shop anytime you like.

The area is very well served by public transport, the historical centre of Rome is quickly connected by metro line A or by bus and Fiumicino airport is reachable by train.

Touristic sites such as San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme basilicas and some amazing parks (villa Lais, villa Lazzaroni, Parco dell'Appia Antica) where you can bike, walk or just relax under some a tree shadow, are walking distance from the apartment. Pigneto neighborhood, the new happening area with many restaurants, pubs, important venues for alternative music, is 15mins walk away.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

No pets.
