Quiet and homely, just a few hundred yards from famous Spanish Steps.

Newly Restored (December 2012) entire apartment.

Brand new kitchen, bathroom and furniture.

Air conditioning and heating in every room.

You will love having lunch or dinner on the table in the amazingly quiet private terrace.

You will be surprised by the quietness of the apartment, an oasis in a lively area of the center of Rome.

The apartment is made by a room with a brand new large double bed, a living room with a brand new double sofa bed, a small kitchen part of the living-room a brand new bathroom.

The large terrace is perfect for relaxing or having a nice meal outdoors.

The apartment is located in the best and fanciest part of the center of Rome, 5 minutes walking distance from Rome's nicest shops like Prada or Gucci.

We offer a free, but slow Wi-fi Internet connection. Good for email, web browsing, (website hidden), (website hidden) and chat but not fast enough for Videos, (website hidden) voice conversations or streaming.

The central Spanish Steps Metro station is also at five minutes walking distance.

There is a small Carefour supermarket in Via Vittoria, four blocks away from the apartment.

A few blocks away from the apartment you will find Villa Borghese, a large, green historic park scattered with ancient statues and century old trees. The park is a big plus for families with children, for sport lovers and for romantic walks...
