Description
The apartemnt, recently renovated, is characterized by the elegance of materials and furniture design. It is equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay in Rome. It is located about 800 meters from the Basilica of San Pietro, in a quiet residential street and adjacent to Via Gregorio VII. The nearest metro station (baldo degli ubaldi) is a 5-10 minutes a walk. The apartment is well connected with other means of transport and very close to it there are restaurants, pharmacy, bar and supermarket. The welcome is warm and the owner is always available for anything.

“Fantastic Apartment”
A great combination of an excellent host and a fantastic apartment. Simone greeted us at the apartment, and took the time to show us around and to provide us with plenty of advice on how to get the best out of our stay in Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and well located. Nice touches included a bottle of wine, two bottles of water, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits. It is only a ten minute walk to the nearest Metro station and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. The local area has plenty of small shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
