Elegant apartment close to Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps with a breathtaking view over the Tiber, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Ara Pacis. Renovated with great attention to detail and comfort is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the River Tiber, a kitchen, a living room with wood paneling very bright room with two single sofa beds and a dining table for 6 people. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs. Two bathrooms have modern showers. The perfect Roman feel even for a few days! In the same building you can rent a second apartment on the third floor.

“Excellent apartment.”
Could not be a better location. Walking distance to Plaza Novena, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Also excellent restaurants within one to two blocks. Also arranged good pick up at airport.

Response from the owner Hi Kelly, thank you for your review and for the positive notes about our apartment, the location and the views. I'm really sorry for the issue with air conditioning but I must specify that your words are uncorrect: the unit HAS AIR CONDITIONING: it had an electric malfunction (due to a sudden blackout in the whole city center that we could not prevent) on the second day of your stay when you reported us. We immediatly asked the intervention of the maintainer that took place as soon as possible even if he fixed the air conditioning when you already checked out. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we kindly invite you to note that the malfunction was independent of our will and that the fixing has been quite prompt. You quote also another review commenting “no a/c” but this is a fake because it is related to another apartment than mine with a similar name (an clearly located in another area). I think that to affirm that the unit has not air conditioning avoiding to specify that the issue was due to a breakage, and quoting, in order to support your affirmation, a not pertinent text, is misleading and not ethic. I wonder the reasons for this attitude and a possible answer is that you have been disturbed by my request to complete the balance of your stay before your check out, having forgotten to make it before your check in, as expressly required by our rental policies. This doubt prevents me from advising you as guests to other hosts. Sincerely, Alessandro
