“Wonderfully relaxing, but convenient to get to Rome.”
Stefano is the bomb and the apartment is very comfortable. we had a bit of a car emergency on the way, and he was extremely gracious about allowing us to change our dates of arrival/departure at the last minute. Absolutely fantastic communications and support. The apartment is in one of the 4-5 buildings located within a large gated area so your kids can run around and play very safely. It is far enough from Rome that you are almost "rural", but close enough to drive to the metro, park, and get into the city for the obligatory touristy things. It was great to get out of Rome - very hot, busy, crowded. The first morning we were delighted to hear the "hee-haws" of the pet burros (no, they did not wake us up). The apartment has screens! Which means you can see and smell the great outdoors, without the bugs. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space. The kitchen was very user-friendly, lots of pots, dishes, and utensils. The shower was a little small, but still very nice with a rain-shower. Plenty of towels, linen, etc. Highly recommend.
“Very nice place near Rom, excellent to visit the city.”
We had a warm welkoming at the rental. We could reach Mister Leoni everytime wenn it was nessessary. But that wasn't. We liked the home, the beds were prepared. The chidren loved the great place with the tree beds. We had some problems with the television and the internet. It would be nice if there was a programmtable. Around the home there is al lot of green. The Donkeys, Dog and Cat were around. The children liked the playground. We drove by car to the undergroundstation and then in the city. Totally easy. It was a lovely stay.
“The luxury of space and parking in Rome”
A very good choice for families with a car. We stayed for a week with our 3 children, aged 5, 8 and 10. There was a playground and lots of room for the kids to play outside. There was a newborn donkey there that was a hit with the kids also. The house is clean and well equipt. The second bedroom is very small but can fit 3 children. We actually slept our third child in the upstairs living area, as it is spacious and has comfortable sofa/ futon style bedding. The upstairs shower wasn't great but the downstairs one was fine so we used that one. The bath upstairs was good for the kids. The owner is a very polite, friendly and helpful person. He always replied to us promptly and was an easy person to deal with. Our security deposit was returned to us the day we left. It was simple to find this property and it was private, quiet and secure. We would recommend this place to our own friends and family.
“Great place between downtown Rome and the sea”
The apartment is restful, roomy, fully equipped, comfortable. Very nice contact to owner. If you want to alternate between downtown Rome and the countryside of Latium (and the beaches) it is perfectly situated.
“Wonderful stay when in Rome”
Nice place to stay when visiting Rome. The location is great and close to the Metro station. Stefano & Gabriella were both very accommodating with our large party. We did have an issue with the power shutting off one night, but Gabriella was kind enough to show us the fuse box so all was well. We did have an issue with the mosquitoes, but not much we can do about nature! The apartment was well furnished and a nice haven after a busy day in Rome. Would definitely stay here again.
Response from the owner Thank you Sanju! Power shutting off is actually very rare and can happen everywhere, sorry, but about mosquitos I was aware of the issue: I was just waiting for the joiner who installed anti-mosquitos sliding frames at all windows on the week following your stay: next time, therefore, you`ll have no mosquitos!
“Nice place near Rome”
We had very good hollidays in this pretty house. No problem whith M.Leoni.
“Belle location romaine”
“Come a casa nostra”
“The perfect place to stay when visiting Rome.”
A beautiful converted farmhouse, rolling hills, sheep grazing nearby, orchards nearby and just 30 minutes to Termini, at the center of Rome. Modern European design, plenty of space for three. Convenient to pizzerias and grocery stores. Everything was perfect! If we go back, we will try to stay here again.
