“Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome - stay here!”

Reviewed 3 Jun 2017

This was our second stay in two years at this apartment. We came back as we had a perfect stay the first time. Everything was great this time again. The booking process was very smooth the owner Lucia organised a taxi from airport which was very handy. This apartment has it all - it's central location for sight seeing, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It feels like a home from home and is tastefully decorated. We were met on arrival by the owner Lucia who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. The kitchen is well serviced with complimentary tea, coffee, busicuits and snacks. Hairdryers, towels tolitries and free wifi are all provided. The apartment is a hidden gem in the cobbled streets of Rome. A large supermarket, famous bakery and shops are just metres away. This apartment is an ideal base for exploring Rome and we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rome.

“Beautiful appartment in the heart of Rome”

Reviewed 19 Jun 2016

Lucia's apartment is very beautiful, nicely furnished and perfectly located next to Campo de Fiori. From the apartment the city can be explored by walking and you are directly in the middle of Italian life if you open the door and step out of the house. Lucia is a very friendly host and took good care of us before and during our stay. We felt like home during our stay and can highly recommend this place.

“An amazing apartment, a hidden gem”

Reviewed 19 Jul 2015

From start to finish our stay here was relaxed. Lucia the owner arranged a taxi from the airport which took us to the door of the apartment (and a return taxi to the airport also). Lucia was there to meet us. She went out of her way to show us around the spotless apartment and even gave us recommendations for the best restaurants, gelato, and bakery. The apartment was second to none, very secure and a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. Over all this was an amazing apartment, a hidden gem without doubt. And right in the heart of Rome but not over run by tourists. You get a feel for what Rome is really about here. I would highly recommend this apartment ahead of many of the best hotels i have stayed in. Also not to forget Lucia, a real Lady, who ensured our stay was of the highest calibre, which it undoubtably was.

“Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location!”

Reviewed 3 Jul 2015

We just finished our week vacation at Lucia's apartment by Campi de Fiori. Everything was perfect. She arranged transportation for us from the airport and met us when we arrived at the apartment. She had a nice arrangement of breakfast foods, coffee, and tea when we arrived. She talked us through the apartment and the local area. She then went down the street and bought pizza for us! It was so nice of her. The apartment worked great for our family of four. With two bedrooms--one a loft and the other in a separate room--our teen girls had space apart from my wife and me. There were two bathrooms as well which was very convenient. Our loft bed was really comfortable. The kitchen worked great for us. We bought eggs and cereal and would eat breakfast each morning along with fresh fruit from the Campo de Fiori market. That was a wonderful experience. We cooked dinner in the apartment a couple of nights with fresh foods from the nearby market. Pick up some fresh pasta and have a simple dinner and bread from Forno (see below). The location was perfect! A block away from Campi do Fiori, there are great restaurants nearby. There are a couple of supermarkets a short walk away for milk and other staples. For sightseeing, it is easy to get everywhere. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, St John Lateran, Trastevere, and Villa Borghese. On the same street, there is a fantastic Italian bakery marked with the large Forno sign. The pizza and panettone was great.

“Beautifully situated apartment”

Reviewed 22 May 2015

We loved staying at Lucia's apartment, it was a lovely experience. The apartment is perfectly situated a few feet from the Campo de Fiori square and is right in the heart of Rome. We went with our parents and it worked well for two adult couples to split the place as there's distinct areas for both couples. The accommodations were excellent as there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax and we had everything we needed! Lucia is an excellent host and she made us feel extremely welcome. Thanks for the amazing experience! We have been recommending this place to all our friends and family due to its AMAZING location and easy experience to rent.

“Cozy, convenient, amenities”

Reviewed 21 May 2015

My family and I loved this well-located, roomy apartment. With a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and washing machine, we felt we had every convenience to keep our stay running smooth. The close proximity to the market, grocery store, Piazza Navona, and Vatican kept us busy exploring Rome. Lucia was always available to answer questions and give restaurant suggestions.

“Amazing apartment, amazing hostess!!”

Reviewed 13 Apr 2015

My husband and I stayed in the apartment with our 10 year old son for 5 nights. It was amazing. The lovely owner, Lucia, thought of everything. She arranged our taxis to and from the airport, met us at the apartment and gave us detailed instructions, was extremely gracious and a pleasure to work with. All of our email enquiries prior to our arrival, were answered immediately. The apartment was fabulous. Great linens, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, lovely furnishing and a kitchen equipped with everything. And the location- amazing!! We bought fresh vegetables in the market every morning, and could walk to all of the main landmarks easily, as well as take busses with stops right near the apartment. We have stayed in many vacation apartments in the past- this one was definitely the best!!!

“Hidden gem in the historic centre of Rome”

Reviewed 2 Feb 2015

Residenza Campo de’ Fiori is a hidden gem in the historic centre of Rome. We, four adults, spent a really comfortable stay in this bijou apartment. The accommodation is very well appointed with a mix of modern and antique décor and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms stylishly modern with powerful showers. The apartment itself is located a few minutes’ walk from the Campo De Fiori – a bustling market by day and a lively venue to eat, meet and greet by night. Even with its central location, the apartment is calm, and set in a peaceful inner courtyard behind secure gates. The owner, Lucia, is a wonderful hostess. She is charming and welcoming and makes you feel as if you have a friend in town. She takes great care to ensure that her guests get the maximum enjoyment and pleasure from their stay. She is meticulously efficient with her organization and generous with her time, information and local recommendations. Grazie, Lucia, e tanti auguri.
