Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Roma a soli 2 minuti a piedi da Piazza di Spagna.
Eleganza e classe caratterizzano Leone 4, dove ho vissuto con la mia famiglia fino al 2011.
Al 4° piano nello stesso palazzo dove si trovano Leone 2 e Leone 3, Leone 4 è composto da 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni (di cui due ensuite) e può ospitare fino a 8 persone.
L'appartamento è arredato con mobili e quadri d'epoca provenienti dalla mia famiglia di origine pugliese e sarda.
Dall'ingresso si accede a un corridoio che andando verso destra porta all'ampio salone dotato di comodi divani e zona pranzo, illuminato da grandi finestre che affacciano su Palazzo Torlonia e via Bocca di Leone.
Dirigendosi verso sinistra si trova la seconda ampia camera da letto in stile Pompei caratterizzata da muri dipinti di rosso.
Proseguendo lungo il corridoio si trova un bagno arredato con pregiato marmo color crema e dotato di doccia.
A seguire si trova la spaziosa cucina caratterizzata da una grande vetrata ed attrezzata con lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer e macchina per il caffè, lavatrice ed asciugatrice.
Alle spalle della cucina si trova un grande bagno in mosaico bianco diviso in due ambienti: WC e lavandino da una parte e ampia doccia e ancora lavandini dall'altra. Proseguendo lungo il corridoio si trova la camera da letto più piccola dotata di un letto singolo e un letto soppalcato a una piazza e mezzo ('queen').
Alla fine del corridoio si trova la camera da letto principale con bagno 'ensuite'. La camera, luminosa e silenziosa, è dotata di un grande armadio a muro bianco e dalla finestra si accede ad un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sul cortile interno. Il bagno ensuite in marmo crema e' dotato di lavabo, bidet, WC e vasca con doccia.
La terza camera matrimoniale, invece, affaccia su via Bocca di Leone e si accede dall'ingresso. La camera gode di una vista meravigliosa sui tetti e ha il proprio bagno ensuite.
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort tra cui: Sky TV satellitare, DVD, telefono, asciugacapelli in ogni bagno, aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato, connessione internet WIFI; saponi vari e condimenti in cucina; servizio pulizia settimanale.
L'edificio è dotato di ascensore e vasto cortile interno.
Gli appartamenti sono gestiti dalla proprietaria che si occupa personalmente dell'accoglienza degli ospiti curando tutti i dettagli durante ogni soggiorno.

“Superb stay in central Rome”
This 3 bedroom apartment is a quick walk from the Spanish Steps and was a great "jumping off" place for our family's weeklong stay in Rome. The apartment accommodated a family of 5 adults very comfortably. It was well-appointed and comfortably furnished. Marcella made sure we were picked up from the airport and she connected us with a superb tour company ahead of time so we were able to pre-book all of our tours. We would go back to Rome (we will) and book this apartment again.

“Excellent Apartment in great location!”
This a a great apartment. Perfect for your trip to Rome. The location is right by the Spanish Steps and in a very lovely shopping & restaurant area. There is one bedroom with two small twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed and one bedroom with a double/queen bed. Three very nice full baths and a full kitchen with Washer/Dryer. Really everything you need to make your stay easy. Highly recommend!

“Spring in Rome”
We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Rome in March, 2018. We had 4 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 10), and the apartment could not have been better. It's in a wonderful location--walking distance to great restaurants, a shopping market and plenty of shopping. We stayed for 8 nights, so having a washing machine, dryer and air conditioning was extraordinarily helpful. Marcella was an incredible host, and it was a luxury having a housekeeper in the building. I would also highly recommend Anne Hogan (the tour guide) and Gino (the driver), who were recommended by Marcella and were wonderful. We can't wait to come back!

“Christmas in Rome”
My family and I spent Christmas in one of Marcella Gematto's elegant apartments! When we arrived we found a beautifully decorated Christmas tree welcoming us! This is how attentive to detail Marcella is. Crisp bed linens and a well equipped kitchen compliment the antique and art filled apartment. The location of the apartment is impeccable, in the most desirable center of Rome! The additional services provided were very well organized. Our grocery order was awaiting us and we employed Marcella's driver, Gino, to take us to the airport! An unforgettable visit to Rome!

“Finest apartment in the best location in Rome!”
Signora Gemmato's lovely apartments on the via Bocca di Leone are the most comfortable and elegant apartments where I have stayed anywhere. Her careful attention to every detail makes you feel right at home. Her helpful hints for finding restaurants, best shops, grocery shops are very useful. Signora Gemmato think of every need for her guests comforts. Good blankets and ac/heating, modern bathrooms, lovely decor and elegant furnishings. I wish I had never returned home. Marcella, a most charming person, has now become a friend.
