Description
Luxury apartment in the heart of Rome just 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Spacious and elegant Leone 3 is located on the 2nd floor of the same building that hosts Leone 1 and Leone 2 and can be booked together with Leone 2 with which it can be communicating. Luminosity and elegance characterize Leone 3 which is composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are in the room) and which can accommodate up to 8 people. The entrance leads to both the living room and the end of the corridor to the laundry room, the kitchen and two bedrooms. Four large windows illuminate the large living room giving a magnificent view of Palazzo Torlonia and Via Bocca di Leone. Two large and comfortable sofas are arranged around a large gas fireplace which together with the rest of the furniture confirms the Apulian and Sardinian origins of the family of the property. Next to the living room is the main bedroom which houses a large dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Continuing on, there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. Subsequently there is the smaller bedroom with a single bed and a mezzanine bed with a square and a half and a bathroom with a small shower. Finally, the third bedroom with a large window with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Inside there is a dressing room and the third bathroom.

“Location Location Location !”
We had a wonderful stay in Rome in Leone 3 for 5 days in July. The apartment is gorgeous and is in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere for the 5 days we were there. Marcella's information regarding restaurants was great and we ate out at her recommended places every day, and were never disappointed. We had 2 families with 7 of us all together (including 3 children) and would highly recommend the apartment. If we ever get back to Rome, we will definitely be looking to stay there again !
