Description
The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from Saint Peter's and 5 minutes from the underground stop A line "Cipro" and is in a very quiet street.
The apartment, 110 square meters,has a large entrance hall, living room with 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed , 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, kitchen
There is one parking space in the garage and we offer it for free to our guests.
Amenities: bed linen & towels, air conditioning, heating,Internet WiFi, free cot on request, free parking with garage, washing machine ,iron & ironing board, toaster, kettle, tv.
For stays longer than 28 nights the electricity will be charged to guests and paid according to consumption (the cost is € 0.40 per kw ).
For stays longer than 28 nights a deposit is required for utilities of € 200
Tourist Tax 3.50€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
For check-in after 8 pm there is a 25€ extra cost.

“Experience Rome like a native”
Nice, Large Apartment.... Good location near Vatican and metro. Manager was very helpful and responsive. Great affordable alternative to a hotel!
