Lovely countryside home located only a 40 minute drive to the Center of Rome with spectacular mountain and ocean views!

All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds each with it's own terrace with breathtaking views.

There is a large great room which is the heart of this beautiful home with a fireplace and 2 large double glass doors which open to a beautiful terrace.

The outdoor grounds are approximately an acre where you'll discover fig, apple and plum trees....and wild blackberries!

Please keep in mind that this home is the perfect location for a family that wants to spend time together in the countryside...to bbq, dine in the great room with a roaring fire while playing cards or a variety of board games which we have provided for your enjoyment.

If you are arriving to Fuimiciano Airport, we highly recommend renting a vehicle so you and your family can easily visit all the beautiful locations Rome has to offer.

Airport: Fuimiciano to Villa Sasso: 50 km (approx. 40 min drive)

Vatican City: Center of Rome to Villa Sasso: 50 km (approx. 40 min drive)

Lake Bracciano Castle to Villa Sasso: 30 km (approx. 35 min drive) - 15th century Castle located on the southern shore of the volcanic Lake Bracciano there is a museum you can visit. The castle hosts many grand events, including weddings. Hollywood actors Tome Cruise and Katie Holmes were married in this castle.

Terme di Stigliano to Villa Sasso: 20 km (approx. 25 min drive) - Stigliano is a spectacular oasis surrounded by lush green mountains with gorgeous gardens. There's a large outdoor pool where you can lounge poolside, or indulge in a massages or a Roman bath. Daily admission fees for outside guests range from 10 - 25 euros which include access to the outdoor pool and grounds. The spa and services of course have additional fees.

We are happy to make arrangements for daily housekeeping or a personal chef to prepare family meals.
