This very characteristic studio apartment is a perfect getaway for those who want to live the quintessential "Trastevere" experience!
Cozy, intimate, dating back 1600 with the original and perfectly preserved "cotto flooring", the bricks on the walls, and a piece of an original fireplace make our studio the PERFECT NEST FOR A ROMANTIC GATEWAY!
Everything is beautifully maintained, the studio itself is tucked away from the outside world in a very quiet courtyard, full of green plants, and located in the heart of Trastevere where during the the night “the dolce vita“ is on , that is why it is not suitable for elderly people .This studio is ideal for a couple.
Consisting of an entrance/living room area with a small but functional kitchenette, a sofa bed for one and a large bookshelf serves to cut off a portion of that room to make a niche with a comfortable French size bed (140x190) there is window door and two little windows, so there is not so much natural light . The bathroom has a full size with shower and is fully equipped. This studio is not suitable for elderly people or people with any disability due to his layout. Suitable also for Smart Working with free fast internet Wi-Ficonnection , a/c wich makes cold and hot.. The excellently preserved furnishings, original flooring and décor with high ceilings complement our cozy studio in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
Ideal for a couple, this apartment will guarantee maximum comfort from every point of view!
Our customers' satisfaction is the most important thing for us and we will do everything to make your experience an unforgettable stay in Rome.
For long renting bookings a weekly studio cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is provided.

Very kind host in authentic part of town, we enjoyed our stay very much! Nice area away from tourist traps but close enough to walk to all major monuments.

“So ch a nice place to stay”
