Description
The refined and elegant holiday house “Sweet Roman Dream” is located in a historic building designed by the architect Piacentini in 1929. It is located in a great location having the stops of subway line A Lepanto and Ottaviano at only 500 mt, just two stops from Piazza di Spagna.
From our structure you can easily walk to the Vatican museums, the Basilica of St. Peter and Castel Sant'Angelo (1 km), the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum (4 km) and all the main tourist and cultural attractions of the old town.
The apartment is close to many restaurants and the main shopping streets.
Termini Station is 5 km away and it can be reached with only 5 metro stops.
Our vacation home has just been restored and has two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, framed by beautiful doors and windows with artistic merit glass windows.
The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, led tv, hairdryer, soap.
In the street there is a private paying parking for the occurrence and two coffee shops.
We offer an airport shuttle for a fee to and from Fiumicino airport (28km) and Ciampino airport (30 km), also a paying shuttle to Termini station (5km).

-Check-out: Before 10.30 AM (unless otherwise agreed)
-Guests will have to contact a few days in advance to communicate the arrival time.
-City tax of € 3.50 per person/per day is not included on the rate and it's to be paid upon arrival in cash (excluding children under 10 years old and if the stay exceeds ten nights)
-Accept payment by debit / credit card
-Not allowed to bring animals.
-Inside the rooms, as in public areas, smoking is not allowed.

Raffinata ed elegante, la casa vacanze Sweet Roman Dream è ubicata in un palazzo d’epoca creato dall’architetto Piacentini nel 1929. Si trova in un’ottima posizione avendo le fermate della linea metropolitana “A” Lepanto e Ottaviano a solo 500 mt, a sole due fermate da piazza di Spagna.
Dalla nostra struttura si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi i musei vaticani, la basilica di San Pietro e Castel Sant’Angelo (1 km), piazza di Spagna e fontana di Trevi, piazza Navona e il Pantheon, il Colosseo e i fori romani (4 km) e tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e culturali del centro storico. Inoltre l’appartamento è vicino a molti ristoranti e alle principali vie dello shopping.
La stazione Termini dista 5 km e si raggiunge con solo 5 fermate di metro.
La nostra casa vacanze è stata appena restaurata e dispone di due camere doppie luminose, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, un soggiorno con un divano letto e una cucina.
A fare da cornice delle bellissime porte e finestre con vetrate artistiche di pregio.
L’appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento, aria condizionata, connessione internet Wi-Fi gratuita, tv led, asciugacapelli, sapone.
Nella via c’è un parcheggio privato a pagamento per l’occorrenza e due bar proprio sotto casa.
Offriamo una navetta aeroportuale a pagamento per l’Aeroporto di Fiumicino (28km) e Ciampino (30 km) e una navetta a pagamento per la stazione Termini (5km).
