It has a furnished garden of 25sqm surrounded by the greenery of the typical Roman countryside within the private park of the villa. The villa is located within an area of private and fenced villas near the Via Aurelia (SS1). The location is quiet and strategic: it is only 15 minutes from the center of Rome, suitable for families, couples and singles. It is also 15 minutes from the sea (typical trendy coastline), 20 minutes from the Leonardo Da Vinci airport, 30 minutes from Ciampino airport, 15 minutes from the new Fiera di Roma and 4.5km from all services and shopping centers.
