Domus Anghelos è un loft (una stalla ristrutturata) adibita a short lets (locazione turistica per brevi periodi). A Roma ma in piena campagna, è situata nei pressi della via Aurelia, a soli 20 Km da San Pietro; 15 dal mare; 30 dall'Aeroporto di Fiumicino; 25 da Cerveteri; 58 dal porto di Civitavecchia; 28 dai laghi; 5 dall' Oasi Lipu di Castel Di Guido; 10 dal GRA.

Parcheggio e giardino privato con barbeque, lavatrice, Internet, Tv.

Immersa nella quiete della campagna romana, all'interno di una azienda agricola, Domus Anghelos si affaccia sopra un boschetto. Le ampie finestre lasciano penetrare il verde e l'azzurro circostanti. All'interno, un ampio salone è predisposto per la zona pranzo relax e due zone letto.

All'esterno è possibile mangiare nella veranda o nel giardino, in parte ombrato da alberi da fico.

A ricevere gli ospiti provvederanno uno più dei tre host: Angela, Carlo, Samuel.

Le chiavi saranno consegnate all'arrivo. La passoword Wfi è scritta all'interno di una cornice all'ingresso, assieme ai numeri utili (host, polizia, etc.).

All'arrivo è possibile transitare in prossimità di Domus Anghelos per lo scarico bagagli. In seguito si dovrà parcheggiare negli spazi appositi (interni all'azienda). Sarà nostra premura dare indicazioni e consegnare un vademecum con tutte le informazioni utili (supermarket, farmacie, divertimenti, etc.). Il nostro loft è situato in campagna, per cui per muoversi, è necessario essere automuniti. All'arrivo l'host chiederà la consegna dei documenti per fotocopiarli, il tutto necessario per la relativa comunicazione all'autorità di pubblica sicurezza.

Noi effettuiamo uno Short lets, altrimenti detto "affitto breve", "locazione pura", "locazione Turistica" non in forma imprenditoriale. Pertanto NON offriamo quei servizi tipici degli alberghi, delle casa vacanze o dei bed e breakfast, quali possono essere: prima colazione, cambio biancheria, pulizie giornaliere, etc. L'ospite, al suo arrivo, troverà comunque il loft in perfetto ordine e pulizia.

Domus Anghelos è situata all'interno di una azienda agricola, in cui si coltivano ortaggi e si tengono animali da cortile e 4 cani, oltre a dei gatti occasionalmente presenti. Ovviamente NON all'interno della casa.

Nel caso si prospettasse un problema relativo al soggiorno, si prega di avvertire uno dei tre host, il quale cercherà di trovare, se possibile, la soluzione adeguata.
