The Vibia elegant suite is located on the 4th / 5th floor of a '800 historic building (with elevator) in the oldest neighborhood of Rome called "Rione Monti", particularly popular area for particular narrow streets, for workshops and for countless bars and various local eateries. Also enjoys a strategic position and is well connected. Very cozy atmosphere, renovated Victorian and modern, respects the characteristics of the building. The charming suite is distributed on two levels, bright, spacious upstairs a wonderful bedroom which is characterized by the large double shower head with chromotherapy, presented in view of the room. On the ground floor of the suite we find the comfortable and spacious living area with sofa, kitchenette equipped by all kinds of kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and a large table. Moreover, even on the ground floor there is a functional bathroom with health and sink, a modern, minimalist style. All rooms of the house are served with air conditioning / heating and LCD TV. In the apartment you will find a brochure with information and tips to get around the neighborhood and city, plus a small guide on the use of the apartment. Upon your arrival we will welcome you with our welcome kit, as a thank you for choosing us. Guests will have access to the home and all its amenities which are made complete disposal so that he can enjoy an unforgettable stay. House rules: check out from 9:00 to 11:00 check-out before 9.00, surcharge of 20 euro check in from 15:00 to 21:00 check-in after 21.00, surcharge of 20 EUR - The apartment in question is a holiday home, for this type accommodation there is a tourist tax to be paid locally amounts to 3.5 EUR per night per guest for a maximum of 10 nights. Elegant Suite Vibia is placed in the heart of Rome "Monti" a few steps from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and a few minutes walk from the main shopping streets like Via del Corso and Via dei Condotti. The apartment was completely renovated and accurate in every detail, is situated in an elegant historic building of 1800 it enjoys a great location and is easily accessible by public transport thanks to the Metro B station Cavour and Termini Station (5 minutes walk) .
