Luxurious apartment on the third floor (with elevator) in an elegant building which enjoys a very central location and well served, is located right behind the Trevi Fountain. Recently refurbished with style and innovative materials and exclusive luxury design. This charming and bright apartment has all you need for a memorable stay in Rome. It has two beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, both with a functional bathroom, one with a large shower and a Jacuzzi for 2 people, great to share a moment of relaxation. E 'is also a large and comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen from each type of tool. The apartment has been completely finished, with quality materials and attention to detail, the decor has been made to measure, also turns out to be particularly bright thanks to the double exposure. In the entrance hall it is set up a small closet where you will find at your disposal a washing machine, safe box and first aid (HIDDEN URL) All rooms of the house are served with air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi network LCD. In the apartment you will find a brochure with information and tips to get around the neighborhood and city, plus a small guide on the use of the apartment. Upon your arrival we will welcome you with our welcome kit, as a thank you for choosing us. Guests will have access to the home and all its amenities which are made complete disposal so that he can enjoy an unforgettable stay. House rules: check out from 9:00 to 11:00 check-out before 9.00, surcharge of 20 euro check in from 15:00 to 21:00 check-in after 21.00, surcharge of 20 EUR - The apartment in question is a holiday home, for this type accommodation there is a tourist tax to be paid locally amounts to 3.5 EUR per night per guest for a maximum of 10 nights.
