Description
Il nostro palazzetto si trova a piazza Margana, a due passi da piazza Venezia e da Campo de’ Fiori. Si tratta di una delle zone più antiche e caratteristiche di Roma. Le origini di piazza Margana risalgono addirittura al Medio Evo, quando fu costruito il complesso edilizio dei Margani, antica e potente famiglia nobiliare. Il nostro appartamento si trova invece nel palazzo Albertoni, edificato nel ‘600 sulle precedenti mura di un palazzo del Rinascimento, del quale rimane il portale ad arco bugnato sovrastato da una finestrella dove si trova lo stemma degli Albertoni.
Piazza Margana resta un gioiello nascosto nel cuore di Roma. Entrando su questa piazza all’improvviso vi sentirete trasportati indietro nel tempo. Non mancate di perdervi nelle stradine del quartiere, popolate ancora di vecchie botteghe e trattorie.
La posizione è estremamente centrale, quindi è facile raggiungere molti luoghi di interesse a piedi. Alle spalle del nostro appartamento si trova piazza Venezia da cui iniziano i Fori Imperiali da un lato e via del Corso dall’altro. Seguendo invece corso Vittorio Emanuele II, arriverete facilmente a piazza Navona, al Pantheon e a Campo de’ Fiori. Inoltre la fermata di numerose linee di autobus si trova a piazza Venezia. La casa vacanze Margana Palace è una soluzione unica nell’offerta di Roma: con le sue 9 camere da letto può accogliere fino a 20 persone. Si tratta di un palazzo con entrata indipendente suddiviso al suo interno in due appartamenti che saranno di vostro uso esclusivo.
Il primo appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è composto da una camera doppia, una camera matrimoniale, una camera singola e da una camera matrimoniale con soppalco per ospitare altre due persone.
Completano questo appartamento 3 bagni con doccia, un accogliente salone con divano letto e la cucina.
Inoltre una bella e ampia terrazza è a vostra disposizione. Arredata con divano, poltrone e un tavolo da pranzo, sarà l’ambiente ideale per riunirvi dopo le vostre visite della città.
Questo piano è dotato di condizionamento e riscaldamento a pavimento.
Il secondo appartamento situato al 2° piano è suddiviso a sua volta in due livelli. Al piano principale si trovano una camera da letto tripla (letto matrimoniale + divano letto), una camera singola, una matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e tre bagni con doccia. Nella camera tripla si trovano una sauna e la una vasca idromassaggio.
Nel piano soppalco si trovano una camera da letto matrimoniale e una doppia, ciascuna dotata di bagno ensuite.
Al piano principale si trova anche il salone con angolo cottura, dove riunirvi intorno al grande tavolo per delle gustose cene!

“Huge apartment in excellent location”
We had 8 adults and 6 children, this 3 level apartment has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Excellent Restaurant downstairs also. Location is very central to all the sights. Would highly recommend.
