A barn conversion located near Penwithick in Cornwall, it can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Little Resugga is a stone barn conversion situated near Penwithick in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Little Resugga is a delightful cottage in a great location for exploring Cornwall. Note: The property doesn't accept children under 6 years of age.

Amenities: Ample off road private parking. Secure storage for bikes and boards. Underfloor heating downstairs, school column radiators upstairs, multi-fuel stove. Induction hob, electric oven, integral fridge freezer, washing machine, Kitchen Aid coffee maker. TVs DVD, Xbox, books, games, jigsaws etc. Sumptuous bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. South facing lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ

Sorry no pets, no smoking, no children under 6. Village shop, pub, Fish and Chip shop and Post Office 1 mile. Note: The check in time for the property is 4pm.

Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.

Town: Penwithick is in central Cornwall, 2 miles from St Austell. The village has a shop, chip shop and a Post Office, it's a base for exploring the area. It is just 2.5 miles from Charlestown, a village on the coast with a beach beside the harbour, and several pubs. 3 miles away is the Eden Project. Walk on the Polperro Heritage Coast, visit Looe and Mevagissey, or travel further to the opposite coastline and try surfing or bathing at Newquay and Perranporth. A fantastic place to stay for exploring Cornwall!
