Il rione Ludovisi, uno dei rioni del centro storico di Roma, si estende lungo il confine di Villa Borghese. E’ un quartiere molto centrale, situato a breve distanza da piazza di Spagna, ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo e silenzioso.
La nostra casa vacanze è situata in via Marche, strada parallela della storica via Veneto, cuore della Dolce Vita romana degli anni ’60. Qui si trovano prestigiose boutique di alta moda, famosi ristoranti, locali di tendenza e l’imponente edificio dell’Ambasciata Americana.
In questa zona si trova anche la Galleria Borghese, sede di opere d’arte di valore inestimabile, come quelle di Raffaello, Tiziano, Correggio, Caravaggio e soprattutto le splendide sculture di Gian Lorenzo Bernini e di Antonio Canova. La prenotazione è obbligatoria, quindi vi consigliamo di programmare la vostra visita in anticipo per non perdere questa meravigliosa esperienza!
Scendendo a piedi lungo via Veneto, potrete raggiungere in pochi minuti piazza Barberini, dove al centro troneggia la fontana del Tritone di Bernini. Sulla piazza si trova anche la fermata Barberini della linea A della metropolitana, che vi permetterà di raggiungere velocemente la stazione Termini o la Città del Vaticano. Siamo in via Marche, al 1° piano con ascensore di un elegante palazzo di fine ‘800. La nostra casa vacanze è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, utilizzando materiali di grande pregio e dallo stile moderno ed essenziale. Gli spazi sono stati ottimizzati per offrire il massimo comfort.
E’ composta da 3 camere da letto per ospitare fino a 7 persone.
Ci accoglie la zona giorno con angolo cottura. Potrete riunirvi la sera intorno a un grande tavolo ovale, un modello "Tulip" progettato negli anni ’60, e che rappresenta uno di quei pezzi di design che anche con il passare degli anni restano sempre attuali. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e vi permetterà di cimentarvi ai fornelli per preparare manicaretti della cucina italiana. E’ dotata di forno classico e a microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie e caffettiera americana. Completa questo ambiente un comodo divano per rilassarsi davanti alla televisione dotata di abbonamento SKY Cinema.
Una lama di luce che si sviluppa nelle tre dimensioni vi conduce alla zona notte: una camera da letto con due letti singoli, una camera tripla con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo e una camera matrimoniale. I bagni sono due, entrambi rivestiti in resina, dotati di doccia e arricchiti da rubinetteria di alto design. Uno dei due bagni è interno alla camera matrimoniale.
L’appartamento è infine dotato di lavatrice e connessione WI FI, tutte le camere hanno la tv e le prese usb per le ricariche.
Gli affacci dell’appartamento sono tutti interni, garantendo un grande silenzio.
