Portion of four-family villa in private and extremely quiet, just a few steps from the sea and less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Two bedrooms, bathroom and a panoramic terrace will be the perfect setting to enjoy the summer nights on the Lazio coast. The Thermo-fireplace and tv with digital terrestrial television will be of great help to warm up winter evenings.
Room 1: double bed with large closet and antique furnishings, embellished with a mirror inlaid into the wood Room 2: triple room with bunk bed and living room Accessories: large living-room with sofa-bed for two people.
Veranda: ideal for family meals and relaxing evenings.
Terrace: you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunset. Facilities for barbecues and evenings with friends.
The proximity of the beach allows families with children coming to the sea in a very short time, and you can enjoy both free spaces and accessible to anyone, that private facilities with wetting control services and rent sun beds and umbrellas.
First-class facilities need a few meters (supermarket, bars, restaurants, tobacco and betting shops, Church ...), without having to move with their own means.
The Centre of Ardea, as well as numerous places of entertainment and recreation for all ages can be easily reached by car: discos, cinemas, playgrounds, shopping malls/thematic/outlet t. ..
