Description
This lovely apartment is on the first floor, with elevator, of an elegant building facing the famous "Via del Babuino".
Recently renovated with particular taste and attention to details, the apartment is modern and very functional. The parquet floor, together with the large windows in all rooms, make the apartment very bright and pleasant.
The entrance opens into the living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a table for four with chairs, flat screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and everything you need during your stay.
The bathroom with shower is modern and recently renovated as the whole apartment.
At the end of the living room there is a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and single bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables. A TV completes the decoration of the bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi: all you need to make your stay in Rome truly enjoyable!
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).
